Our staff are trained to handle all aspects of the practice. Any complaints or helpful suggestions on any aspects of our practice are welcomed and should be conveyed to our Principal Doctor. Alternatively, a written note can be placed in our suggestion/survey box and we will endeavour to respond within seven working days.

OUR FEES AND CHARGES
Fees charged for private patents for all consults is $25 above Medicare rates.
All patients are required to pay on the day of service, but some patients with concession cards may be bulk-billed (you pay nothing). You must produce your concession card if the doctor bulk-bills you. If you cannot pay, please speak to the doctor. We appreciate prompt settlement of accounts. EFTPOS facilities are available. There will be an additional cost of $5.00 if you ask for an account.
Currently we are able to transmit part of your payment directly to Medicare. You may only need to pay up to $25 on the day. Medicare will send a check to you for the rest of the amount. Please forward this payment to us when you receive the check.
Immunisation and antenatal services are generally bulk-billed.
Patients may be required to pay for some medical examinations. It is advised you check with your employer BEFORE UNDERGOING ANY WORK RELATED EXAMINATIONS. Please inform staff if your visit is work-cover related.
ALL CONSULTATION FEES ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF YOUR DOCTOR. ANY QUERIES OF FEES SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO RECEPTION STAFF.

Please put your complaints in writing to our Principal Doctor, Dr Lisi Neoh, posted and marked ‘Private and Confidential’ or place it in our ‘Suggestion/Survey Box’. Complaints could alternatively be made directly to the Health Commission on 1800 188 115 or sent to PO Box 65 Rundle Mall, Adelaide, SA 5000.
